Topic: Knowledge Management Strategy for International Training Network (ITN)centres in Africa.

Challenge: Sharing of information, knowledge and experiences between the network members and the various regions we serve.

Proposed Action:

Carry out a Capacity of the network members
Activity (i) will inform the development of the Information dissemination and knowledge management strategy for the network.

Suggestions for strengthening the proposal:

Developing a wikki to be used as an information hub for all ITN centres in Africa.
Consider face to face interaction where information and knowledge can be exchanged.
Use survey monkey for on-line surveys. The tool is usere friendly and cost effective.
There is need to engage with other organisations and networks that were involved in Knowledge management in the past.
Develop a community of sharing knowledge and experience between the various trainers in the network. (on-line community)
