This session was an email discussion on the training. The discusssion aimed at getting participants' views on the training and identifying ways to improve future trainings organised by Harambee.

It took the form of an after action review(AAR) and participants responded to the following questions:

Wiki training survey

This survey was designed following the end of the online wiki training for Harambee network coordinators.

The main objectives of the training were

  • Capture participants’ views about the entire training
  • Find out participants’ knowledge about wikis before and after the training
  • Identify members’ interest in participating in future trainings organized by Harambee
  • Identify tools for future trainings

This may be undertaken as a pairing of sorts 3- Useful It gave me an opportunity to try wikis, which I had intended to use since the first Harambee meeting attended in Addis. In addition, it is always worthwhile to participate in collaborative activities as the allow networks to grow and share their knowledge No response I would be interested in blogs, podcasts and any other technologies that can be used for information sharing in networks.   • Sharing of knowledge (experience) people shared their experience from the other wikis so one didn’t have to try all of them. Different evaluations of the wikis from the participants gave us a large spectrum
  • Once in while the phone calls from the facilitator, a bit motivating. Keep it up!
