include the drivers of change within the timeline
what are other challenges: promoting sharing of knowledge and learning across the focus networks, knowing within the focus networks learning about, lots of challenges some of which were discussed this morning
why include the ??? for the future; we don't want to have the future pre-defined since we see Harambee as owned by who is part of it
what do we get out of this? we are going to end up with networks who have been given money to do what they want to do. where do you go? see where they go or encourage their interconnectness. Harambee provides funding AND engagement with the networks - the latter which is more important. The funding provides networks to do something that they want to do that is important for the network. but also don't want to force communication and interaction. If there are networks at the end who want to continue to interact, great. If not, we can live with it. One thing that the project wants to do is to create more capacity to coordinate networks.
