1. Look at the nods of the network at a scalable level to allow for replication within the constituents.

2. Network with the ICT/IT departments in the various academic institutions to provide support on developing the human resource.

3. Web sites could assist in documentation.

4. ECA can work on linkages with IT/ICT organisations/institutions to support the connectivity.
