  • The participants made this workshop a success. (Leo)
  • It is with a lot of emotion that I have inn leaving Uganda - a country that I have always wanted to visit. Without you my stay would have not meant anything. I hope that there is another to get together to share what we are doing. It has been wonderful. Thank you very much. (Blasius)
  • This is the second time that I have come to a Harambee workshop but this time a much larger group. Now we are more than 10. Participants did more than I expected making this a very vibrant session. I hope that we have many opportunities to be together. I have learned so many things and appreciate the friendship with you. (Mba)
  • I would like to thank everyone. It is an opportunity that helped me meet a lot of people. I find it very comfortable even with the difficulty with my language, I was able to integrate. I believe that one day I believe that we will meet each other again (Adufu).
  • thank all of those. as someone responsible for communication, I was able to learn many things and would like (Martin)
  • Leo has just arrived in Accra and is going through formalities (Lui)
  • Thanks you all for ocming. it is one thing to invite someone another for them to come. at the beginning of the workshop, there was alist of guidelines and I am glad that we didn't have to re-read them. thanks you for that (Jackie)
  • Thank everyone and Harambee. I have learned so much. Thanksful for the opportunity to visit Uganda especially the falls that we want to on Saturday. (Ore)
  • When I was coming I wasn't up to being here. but 6 months from today... a number of things that we discussed will have been put into the process; this is one of the first times that I haven't had to rush in and out of the country (Gbenga)
  • Mine will be short as I won't be able to talk for a long time. One thing that struck me. One thing is that it is about technology. We had a terrible connectivity situation but we transcended that. It speaks well for the amount of interaction and egangement. The second thing is that having people come in to sessions on time and despite the fact that there were good and bad things there was still a high level of commitment to doing work. (Riff)
  • Great experience. Every other month I have met 60 or so participants when I faciltate workshop. I am a people person and this will really have an impact (Gracian)
  • Personally, I am very happy that you turned up for the workshop - one of the benchmarks for the Harambee project. I wish you well. We encourage more sharing. Thanks for coming. (Abu)
  • I want to thank the organisers for inviting me to be here. I have enjoyed the sharing during the last few days. It has been beautiful. Given the work that we have been doing, I think that I am going to be doing a lot in the next 6 months to address. I will be meeting up with Jackie to learn more about the wiki. Please let us not stop the collaboration. (Goretti)
  • Just entered into a private arrangement with Goretti who has a very beautiful daughter who will marry my son. This workshop has given me the opportunity to meet my new family. What I take away are things that are practical. I am looking forward to further these interactions and using the fruits of the interactions to the benefit of other communities (Kawive)
  • I would like to thank everyone because I have learned a lot during the workhsop and the feedback that I have received. I have learned a lot from the facilitation approach which I will use in my work. (Silvie)
  • I am very happy to have taken part in the workshops and thank the organisers for all they have done. I think that Harambee means union and is a good choice of word. or working together means Lissanga. Harambee brings together more than a group of people but courntries, languages, cutlure. A great initiative that I hope others can join in. I am very happy to have been here. (Victorine)
  • Thanks to everyone - the organisers and participants. I have learnt a lot and won't forget your faces (Joseph)
  • I really want to thank all of you. The hardest thing is to remember you all the time. My boss was supposed to come. I have really enjoyed the company. we have been able to build relationships. My work has gotten easier so I have someone else to call. I am even more eager to use wikis when I get back. If I had been docile, I would have been sad. Thanks to the facilitators. May God bless all of you. (Michael)
  • Thank you. This workshop has been so different from all the workshops that I have attended. I don't know if it was the methodologies used? People have interacted and have learned so much. I joined as a rapporteur but ended up blogging. I appreciate that even though it is a bit of a challenge. The knoweldge that we have shared here. I thank you all. (Faridah)
  • On behalf of UNECA, and my director Aida Opuku-Mensa, I would like to thank all of you for your good work. When you are back to your various work places, please apply what you have learned. It will strengthen your network. Bon Voyage. The first time that I came to Uganda it was during the war period and the PS of Cabinet fought with me at times. Thank you very much. (Thierry)
  • I just wanted to say thank you. This has been a very interesting workshop to organise. It has been challenging but I am very happy out it. One amazing thing was mistaking one person for being the other. I thought that Ore was Sylvie and sent her an email asking where she was. Where things didn't go smoothly, I apologise for that. May you live to remember Uganda (Beatrice)
  • I should say that I am really grateful to be hear. I didn't come as a participant but ended up as one. I was able to learn so many things so am really grateful. I have met some interesting people who have made my week, my month. I didn't think that I would have so much fun in January. I hope that you enjoyed our company. (Lillian)
  • I would like to thank the organiser of the workshop for giving us this chance. I am glad to be here. (Rahel)
  • In my thanks, I forgot to mention one person who has been a superstar. Thanks to Silvie for the translation. I spent one hour doing what Silvie did for four days and could barely manage. Thanks, Silvie (Allison)
