   * People have been coordinating networks online
   * We all have important roles in ICT4D and helping citizens adopt ICTs
   * Most orgs started online and didn’t have offices but many have moved to the point that they are doing a lot on the ground expected only a few things that were different but there is quite a bit of diversity
   * Human resource development is a priority area taken by the groups
   * Involvement of the networks on ICT policy and implementation; not only use ICT as a tool but to have * ICT as a mean for development; the mechanism put in place by networks for sharing information and experiences through the web site
